My approach is a true partnership. I listen closely and craft customized solutions that fit your health goals, daily routines, family demands, and unique lifestyle. Through a collaborative process, we work together to create a plan that’s both realistic and sustainable, so you can make meaningful, lasting progress.

To get started, you’ll complete an intake form and email it back to me. We’ll then meet on Zoom for about 60 minutes to review your concerns, discuss your progress, and determine what’s working well and what may need adjustments. If necessary, we can also arrange additional lab testing.
