Through a collaborative process, we work together to create a plan that’s both realistic and sustainable, so you can make meaningful, lasting progress.

To get started, you’ll complete an intake form and email it back to me. We’ll then meet on Zoom for about 30 minutes to review your concerns, discuss your progress, and determine what’s working well and what may need adjustments. If necessary, we can also arrange additional lab testing.
